Today was a good day, I worked an easy lunch shift. Started at 10:45 and got off around 1 ish. Came home and babysat my Nephew for a few hours and then went out Christmas shopping. I swear is it just me or is the prices out there in the stores yet to decrease. Still up there. I enjoyed the nice Black Friday sales this year. Got some nice things for super cheap. You know me i'm a dvd junkie and getting Vampire Diaries on DVD for 12.99 was Amazing! lol But anyways got some good stuff for the fam, and am going back out for some more tomorrow. Should be done by then. Gotta throw together some Creations for some friends that live down in Slidell which wil be so much fun! Well off to bed for me Night all!!!

Work Work Work!!

Well, today was a crazy eventful day at work. I went in at 4 and got off at 9. It was such a treat getting off work today. Every thing was going good up until it got wicked busy for no apparent reason. We didn't even have that many Reservations on the list for tonight but ergo we did have on the few that we had none under 8 people. Worked with a few people that i actually enjoy working with! Crazy guests, Crazy Servers, and above all, Crazy Hosts lol.. But i do love my job and all that comes with it so for now i will stick with it with a tongue bitten!

Edward or Jacob... What team are you?

So, It's the big question today guys and girls... What TEAM are you on? Team Edward or Team Jacob? Me personally i gotta say Team Edward.. He's just the best! Although at least Jacobs warm and then again they both could accidentally kill me! But i think if i had to choose which team i'd like to be on it would definitely be Team Edward and hey i would love to become a vampire.. Live the rest of my life with him... Okayyyy But i don't no if i would like the whole not sleeping thing.. I enjoy sleeping... as long as i get just enough hehe.... But Y'all tell me what you think and what team your on! ~TBird!

Dreams of a Four Father

So 2 nights ago i had such the dream. It was about my Grand Father who past away a few years before i was even born. The dream was like totally Crystal Clear! My family and I were at a family function and he was there. As if her were still alive and he new he wasn't gonna be alive anymore so he was giving away belongings of his to his relatives. In the dream he gave me a Necklace he wore all the time. Not that i know if her actually wore one all the time but in the dream it was like something he never took off.. It was of some importances to him so it was crazy to see him give it to me. But it was just such an off the wall Dream. This first I have ever had. But i guess it makes a bit of Sense since I am Named after him! He was a great man! R.I.P. Grandpa!

No Strings Attached?

Okay, So somethings been brought to my attention about Gay men and No Strings Attached. Being a gay man and living in such a world where still its very sketchy just to be who you are let alone love who you want. A friend of mine went out tonight and had company over and he felt as though he was a whore.. I mean aren't we all human.. Don't we all get a free pass in life to do something crazy every once in awhile?? Please, explain to me when the moment when it wan't okay to do something spontaneous! Then again these actions are looked down on any one who does it but the fact that most people look at those actions and aren't surprised to hear that it was done by a gay guy. I mean hell maybe people should think its more known nowadays since Homo Phobic people didn't give us normalcy for so long we can't get past that first excitement stage! Let me know your opinions!

StarBucks... Good or Bad?

So today i was in Starbucks with my Sister in Law and Nephew today. I got my usual, Venti Caramel Frappe and i decided to also try out this new Black beans wrap thing (supposedly its healthy). And usually when i go in its great service and great taste and above average on what i would expect. Well not today, it was just so blah. The Drink was watery and not enough in the Venti. And when someone says Extra Caramel, Usually your suppose to put more then the reg amount right? tell me why they gave me less then the normal amount. i mean really.. Ridiculous. And on top of all that my Sis in Law's Drink when it was done being made they sat it on the counter didn't even let us know it was ready and some guy stole it off of the counter and so we had to wait even longer! Lets just say that's the last time i return to that Starbucks!
